The 2nd Annual Witch Festival will be held on October 28th from 7 pm until ??
Food and merchandise vendor applications are being accepted and payment MUST be received by 9/30/2017. Places will be reserved on a first come first served basis..
Fees for merchandise vendors are $35
Fees for food vendors are $50 and must include proof of insurance and Serv Safe Certifications. (No exceptions)
Fees for readers are $40 - ALL readers will be assigned to a designated area. Any reader that is performing services outside of the designated area will forfeit his/her payment and be asked to leave.
All vendors/readers must bring their own tent, table, chair, and lighting. Electricity will be provided. This is an outdoor event that will be held in any weather. Outdoor heaters will be provided if needed.
Vendor spaces are 10 feet X 10 feet.
Setup time for vendors will be determined when the vendor list is finalized! Check back in October for that information.
ALL Vendor spaces for the event will be assigned by Aquatorium Innovations staff.
