Witch Festival Vendor Application 2019

The Fourth Annual Witch Festival will be held on October 12, 2019

Oct 12 from 1 pm until ???? and is 18+ Adults ONLY. Also no pets are permitted.

Food and merchandise vendor applications are being accepted and payment MUST be remitted with application. Places will be reserved on a first come first served basis based on when payment is received by us! We will post when the spaces are sold out. There are NO REFUNDS on vendor spaces.

FEES:

Fees for merchandise vendors are $50

Fees for food vendors are $50 and must include proof of insurance and Serv Safe Certifications. (No exceptions)

Fees for readers are $50

OTHER INFO:

All vendors/readers must bring their own tent, table, chair, and lighting. Electricity will be provided. This is an outdoor event that will be held in any weather. So, please come prepared.

Vendor spaces are 10 feet X 10 feet. Tents will be placed very close together so ONE tent entrance only via the front of the tent. Side entry isn't feasible at all.

Setup time for vendors will be determined when the vendor list is finalized!

ALL Vendor spaces for the event will be assigned by Aquatorium Innovations staff.

Payment is due when you submit the application. All info must be completed! All vendors must also verify that you agree with our liability waiver terms below:

Vendor acknowledges that any issue arising from the use of vendor's product(s) is the sole responsibility of vendor, and that Aquatorium Innovations, its agents and representatives, and the City of Monongahela are held harmless with respect to use or consumption of vendor's products.
